Well all I could do was 15.306 @ 91.86 mph with a 2.397 60 ft. Don't think I can do any better than that with just a K&N filter.

Two things: It was a slow (humid) night... the best Will could do in my car was a 12.84 @ 108mph. Second, put some 15" wheels on the front instead of those HEAVY 17" Konig's... this will net you another 1/10th or two.

Jim: you were the guy that asked me to run in the shootout right? I didn't realize that was you until just now. I would put my stock 15's on but I sold them when I got the Konigs. They're not real real heavy though...18.5 lbs..stock is 16 lbs.

Hey Matt...what did you run? Never saw you go down the track. Oh yeah, funny that your windshield would get broken cuz I just got mine replaced b/c of a crack in the old one. I got it done by Triumph Auto Glass for $120 including installation at my house. Their # is 254-3037.

well i would have made but for those of you who know me Jasmin couldn't get off work so that means i don't go. i can't wait to get there and see what this money guzzling Civic with the Type R motor in it can run. also Jim i got the header back for you. i will try to get up to you on Monday, sooner if you need it.

yeah i paid 300.47 today from the Glass doctor. its a PPG peice of glass.... and looks great. damn tire.

I ran a 15.001 on slicks and a 15.006 on street tires.... Go figure...

Im going to break into the 14's if i have to hook the NOS back up!!!

well im not gonna do that but its nice to know i could if i wanted to. hehehe

H... I hate that you couldn't make it. I really want to see what the Civic "R" can do. As for the header... Monday is fine.

Matt... you put too many Zero's in your post. The times were 15.01 and 15.06... which by the way, were both great times. Be patient, the 14's will come.
